Nicole Fox, PT, DPT, PCS, CIMI

Owner and Pediatric Physical Therapist

Hi! I’m Nicole, a licensed physical therapist and board certified pediatric clinical specialist.

I was drawn to pediatrics after nannying for a very special girl, Keira, who has Rett Syndrome. This experience opened my eyes to the profound impact that therapy can have on a child's development and quality of life. Since then, I have dedicated myself to working with children and families to achieve meaningful progress.

With over 11 years of experience in a variety of pediatric settings, including outpatient, early intervention, and school-based therapy, I have seen firsthand how specialized care, personalized attention, and compassion can help children reach their fullest potential.

I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with an undergraduate degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology in 2011, and earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from  Carroll University in 2014. I became a board certified pediatric physical therapist in 2023. Throughout my years of experience, I have taken a variety of continuing education in order to treat my patients as the whole child. My specialties include DMI (Dynamic Movement Intervention), breathing, postural control, electrical stimulation, neuroplasticity, pediatric bowel and bladder, and serial casting. I received the highest level of DMI certification, Intermediate Level B in 2025.

I created Kidvincible because I wanted to offer a place where children feel invincible and families are given the hope, support, and confidence they deserve. Through tailored, intensive therapy programs, I work closely with families to create an environment where progress isn’t just possible — it’s celebrated every step of the way.

In my free time, I love to spend time with friends and family, go to yoga, play with my black lab (named Maui), and travel with my husband, Jim.

What to Expect Working with Me:

  • Personalized, Intensive Care — Every child’s program is designed specifically for them, ensuring they get the targeted therapy they need to thrive.

  • Compassionate Support for Families — I believe in a team approach where you, the parents, are actively involved in every part of the journey.

  • A Focus on Results — I’m not just here to help kids move — I’m here to help them achieve meaningful, life-changing progress.

At Kidvincible, my goal is simple: to help your child feel invincible and give your family the hope you need to move forward with confidence.
